• Minimum 1 Director and he/she must be at least 18 years old
• Having a residential address in Malaysia
• Cleared from any legal charges
• Not bankrupt
• Not blacklisted by the SSM / Bank
• Photocopy of IC / Passport

2. SHAREHOLDER

• Minimum 1 Shareholder

• Can be Individual or Corporate shareholder (Company)
• Individual - Can be the same person as the director and must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum Paid up Capital RM 1, but if more than 1 shareholder the company shall decide the portion of shares to be held by each member
• Photocopy of IC / Passport
• Email address and contact No.

3. NATURE OF BUSINESS

• Maximum 3 nature of business required at the time of incorporation (Additional nature can be added after incorporation)

4. BUSINESS ADDRESS – Where your business is operated. (You may not have a business address during incorporation, but it is compulsory to notify the company secretary once the office is existed)

5. REGISTERED ADDRESS – Where the company register books and statutory documents are kept.

PHASE 1: NAME RESERVATION

1. Provide 3 proposed names. Upon choosing the names, additional documents may be required such as:

• If the name is associated with the directors, IC Directors need to be attached.
• If the name is associated with the related corporation, Consent Letter from that Corporation is required.
• If the name is related to Clinic / Medical Centre, Certificate of Medical Practitioner is required.

4. Once all the above details are acquired, officer will proceed the name search via MYCOID system - “APPLICATION FOR RESERVATION OF NAME”

5. Please be informed that the names will be checked and selected based on its availability through MYCOID system, however the approval for the names is subjected to SSM discretion.

6. Once the application for the name has been approved, it will be reserved for 30 days from the date of the Notice issued by the SSM.

PHASE 2: INCORPORATION OF THE COMPANY

To proceed with the Incorporation of the Company, our officer will email to the client the detail confirmation for verification process. The details that need to be checked and verified specifically are:

Once the details have been verified, officer will submit the above details via MYCOID system for Incorporation process. The duration of the process will take about from 3 to 7 days subject that all the details are complete, and the time taken during verification process.
