Corporate secretarial internship
Job responsibilities:
- To assist Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executive of Secretarial Department.
- To assist in proper and timely filing of the Clients' statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
- To assist in ensuring that the Clients' statutory records/registers are properly kept and updated.
- To assist in the preparation of resolutions, minutes, and statutory filing.
Requirements:
- A final year student of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Corporate Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa.
- Minimum internship duration is for at least three months.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Corporate secretarial assistant
Job responsibilities:
- To assist Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executive of Secretarial Department.
- To assist in proper and timely filing of the Clients' statutory forms/returns to the CompaniesCommission of Malaysia (CCM).
- To assist in ensuring that the Clients' statutory records/registers are properly kept and updated.
- To assist in arrangement for signatures on resolutions/documents (including follow-up and filling of the same)
- To assist in Organizing Board / Committee Meetings and General Meetings, as well as preparation of agenda papers/meeting files for these meetings
- To support the Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive in a wide range of company secretary functions and related statutory requirements.
- To assist in any other secretarial matters.
- Reporting to Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive on jobs received, processed, and completed, as well as CPI report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- To achieve the KPI & CPI monthly and yearly target established by the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Corporate Administration/ Management and/or partial or full qualification of MAICSA equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in the company secretarial/administrative field is an added advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Microsoft office skills (especially words and excel)
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
